Getting your baby latched onto the breast can be a stressful task. Many women get to the point where even when their baby is successfully latched on, they are too nervous to move for fear they will lose the latch! All that tension in your neck and shoulders can get really painful, really fast. So, don’t forget! Once your baby is latched, relax your shoulders and let your pillow support you.
