You may know me as a registered nurse, a lactation consultant, a mother, a wife, a daughter, a friend. You know me how I show up for you. For a long time, I thought what you saw was “who I am.” It’s not.
Who am I?
I am always discovering more about myself. It is a really rich and satisfying journey that I intend to stay on forever.
I am a girl who loves to collect treasures and imagine what they might become.
I am a girl who sits quietly and waits for the sunrise to warm her face, then swims in the ocean.
I seek these quiet experiences so that I might feel a deep sense of calm, peace, and connection to the truth that the world is a beautiful place. It is during these times that I can most clearly hear my wisest inner voice.
I am a whole human, who chooses to see and love both the light and dark that is within me.
I am on a journey to be full of myself and nobody else.
“A women who is full of herself knows and trusts herself enough to say and do what must be done.” – Glennon Doyle
I model how to be a responsible mother: one who shows her child how to be deeply alive.
For I am deeply alive.
